Joe...I was told that the local MADD chapter was closed. So..it's open??? I have been trying to volunteer there for years now but the man that was the director before would never follow up on anything. How can I get in contact with them now?

The Salisbury chapter of MADD is closed and has been for over a year. Caroline Cash works in Baltimore and Lisa Spicknell works in Delaware. I don't know what you wish to do to volunteer but I do know they are desperate for speakers at the Victim Impact Panel meetings. I would suggest you call 302.853.6233.

You must be a drunk or an a$$ or both. Many of the MADD volunteers have lost family through the lack of responsibility of a drunk.
