INCIDENT: First Degree Assault
DATE: August 15, 2009
LOCATION: Willing Drive, Salisbury, MD
NARRATIVE: On August 15, 2009 at 0142 hours the Wicomico Sheriff’s Office received a call for a person shot in a residence on Willing Drive. Deputies arrived and located a 32 yoa W/M shot in the leg. The victim and suspect were involved in a verbal argument that led to him being shot. Salisbury EMS responded and cared for the injured patient. He was transported to PRMC and later to Shock Trauma. His condition is unknown at this time.
The suspect was charged with first degree assault and is being held on bond at the Wicomico County Detention Center. The investigation is continuing and additional charges could be forth coming.

Haha I bet she'll be making her stupid gang signs in her mug shot. Jennye the falling drunk really outdid herself this time! This is even crazier than the time they hauled her out of the party block in an ambulance when she busted her head open.
If this is the former Marine chick that was married to a UMES Professor, she is decidedly not hot. She is a nuisance with a drinking problem and tends to neglect her two children. Another sad page in her book of woe. Just sad, and I did not know she was such a Salisbury staple.

From what I understand, he should be charged with spousal abuse and terroristic threatening!

the whole story wasnt posted in the paper or on here. jen is not a bad person yes she likes to drink but who doesnt.

Jennye is a bad person. Don't try and fool yourself. When she drinks she gets drunk and I mean drunk. There is no on / off switch. It's either on or off, full throttle, and when she gets so hammered all the time she just does dumb stuff. This is just another example of her stupid decisions while she was drunk. She needs some serious help! She is a raging alcoholic! Where is Dr. Phil when you need him?

They were both drunk ding-dong.
He is a police officer. He pulled his service revolver first. Regardless of what you think of Jen it doesnt change that fact. He is a 32 yr old man making his own decisions in life. To blame his actions and decisions on her is very childless. It was the actions of TWO drunks, not just one.
This is obviously a case of he said she said and who wins in that situation, no one. It's just sad.
