The huge tax hike that was supposed to be needed for police.
But they shafted the police.
So where did the money go?
The money went to surplus because they didn't really need it. Barrie played the taxpayers crying about how it was needed to pay the police.
I remember them, they stuck it in Tilghmans face after she had them removed from WaWa. Shame they didn't get enough signatures, at least they tried.
Rick Pollitt determined that the GOB was taxpayer property and let us do it there after Hitlers Henchmen tried to get the manager of WaWa in trouble for letting us petition out there. Was kinda like taking a crap in her yard ; )
