As a fellow bird appreciater (is that a word?), I wanted to share some good information with you. I found a real bird see bargain at the farm store on BiState Blvd, next to the costume/formal store in Delmar. I'd been buying regular bags of seed from Wallyworld, but it turns out this store in Delmar sells 25 lb. bags of Purina for about $16., there's much less waste and the birds really love it. I've got cardinals, bluebirds, goldfinches, even woodpeckers stopping in for a meal.
Just another heads up and reason to read sbynews. Good tips you won't find anywhere else!
Is that white-breasted bird on the tree branch a female hummingbird? She doesn't resemble our hummers here in Salisbury.

Actually, it's called either Bryan & Brittingham or Messicks........take your pick.....they answer to both.
You will get MUCH better service in there than you will going anywhere in Salisbury and they have practically anything you need short of groceries!
