Suspect #1: Jumall Monique Judge, B/M DOB 02/04/1991
LOCATION: S. Division St. @ College Ave, Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland.
BRIEF RESUME:
On the above date and time, Maryland State Police conducted a traffic stop and found the driver of the vehicle to be driving on a suspended license. The trooper immediately identified the passenger Jumall Monique Judge, from a wanted poster for attempted 1st/2nd degree felony murder and numerous handgun charges. A wanted check through the Salisbury Barrack confirmed Judge’s wanted status. Troopers from the MSP Salisbury Barrack performed a felony traffic stop on the vehicle and took both driver and passenger into custody without incident. Both the driver and Judge were transported to Wicomico County Detention Center (WCDC) for face pending charges.

I'm doing good to wake up in the morning and reconize the mug in the mirror. A Trooper remembered what this fool looked like from a picture and got this clown off the streets. Fantastic work!!
Date of birth 1991 and he is already in this much trouble????The hoodlums start young!
Keep him in jail this time!
The city should make policy that landlords report the names of their renting occupants to all police agencies. This would be a good way to cut the cost of looking for fugitives.
That was not the case here but it is a thought.
witnessed the entire thing go down. i was right at the intersection. looked like something on cnn that was live. like 6 troopers with guns drawn locked on the driver and passenger. the troopers came out of nowhere as soon as the initial trooper headed toward the vehicle with weapon drawn, 5 other cars arrived. intenese. but cars all over with that intersection so busy. luckily no force was needed.
Please,the landlords themselves don't have a clue who is living in their properties.
Please put these police posts in a different section, than in the WCDC section.
These posts take up too much of
WCDC space, and our posts will end up way down at the bottom, and
fizzel out.
