Plate displayed upside down. Registration stickers on the wrong end (and in the wrong places, right to left.) Looks like a $100 fine to me.
Though the social commentary is pretty funny.
My husband didn't get it at first, but then again, he's blond.

very funny! i see things every day on maryland plates that are illegal. expired plates, stickers in wrong place, two stickers displaying the year while not having one that displays the month.
i once got pulled over because my salisbury university tag frame around my plate barely covered the top part of the letter "m" in Maryland... it was just there BS "probably cause" to pull me over to see if i was drinking... yet this rides around in broad daylight and everyone laughs

this illegal plate reminds me why are the state police also allowing blacked out windows on cars in salisbury. Even rural police cars are now sporting blacked out windows which is also illegal for them.
