These guys must be running for public office...they're everywhere and they seem to graze every time we see them! Stop insulting the mentally handicapped! Handicapped individuals have no control over their situation/circumstances. If she's a nurse, she's needs a refresher on nutrition.
Man, I hope I don't go out in public, hoping to have a nice time...and get some awful picture taken of me, for all to mock.
