The Salisbury Festival Isn't Just About Rides And Beer

The Downtown Plaza Is All About Arts & Crafts

Many were looking for shade this morning

The Taylors Were Selling Home Made Dog Treats For Brooke Mulford.
Their Daughter had already raised $100.00 after 1 hour

This young man was hand making pots while people watched

Parts of the sidewalks on the Plaza have Chalk Drawings

The crowd was pretty strong first thing this morning

Adam Roop fulfilled his promise and was the coolest person there

Wheels That Heal were VERY busy. It took quite a while to finally get an open shot of their Booth

Then there was the Marines!
If you haven't been out there yet, this is just a small example of hundreds of vendors. The Car Show down there today has over 140 cars in it and it really is a sight to see. Lots of ooohs and ahhhs. Remember Folks, it's FREE!
Come on out Barrie Tilghman and get on the Roop Dunking Booth. I'll pay $100.00 a shot to dunk you. The line would be the longest ever and it is all to support brain tumors. Can someone explain that to Barrie for me please. ;-)
Seriously though, it's a great time. Heck, you paid for it, get out there and enjoy it.

Joe - thanks for your support today! We ended up raising $535 dollars for Hope with Support!! We beat our goal and are very happy!

Great festival this year but apparent the economy has taken its toll on many out there. However, that didnt stop many good people from donating their hard earned money to a good cause.

Great to see our community come together in times like these!

Thanks to all our participants and donors, Wheels that Heal Car Club presented a check in the amount of $2000.00 to the Isaiah Ellott Cancer Fund at the close of the Salisbury Festival Car Show.

It takes many people to organize a show this size. and my thanks go out to all of them.

The young man making pots is Thomas Wright. He teaches pottery at AIG. He's a very talented young man!
