But I can´t recall seeing it on Bubba´s campaign contributions. Is he also required to list the campaign expenses, too? Just wondering if this was properly reported or not."

If you haven't guessed it yet the owner is Doug Church. Connect the dots. Ten million dollar high tech fire station, Gordo, Bubba, Church... some more things that make you go hmmmm!

There's no regulation that says he has to publish his campaign contribution list anywhere. The rules state that he just has to turn them in to the City Clerk by such and such a date.
The contribution of website services has to be reported as "in kind" service and/or goods. The contribution cannot, along with cash donations from a business or entity, exceed $250. Church can donate the website under his business name, then donate up to $250 under his own name.
How much does it cost to create then maintain a website for over a year? You can bet that whatever it is, it won't be reported as being over $250.
High time for some campaign practice reform for this town.
Anon 12:53 if you really feel this is the time for campaign practice reform maybe you should join the people on Monday in front of the GOB. It's easy to sit here and say what should be done anonymously.
