Incident: Reckless Endangerment
Date of Incident: 10 February 2009
Location: 23000 block of Hurley’s Neck Road, Marcela Springs, MD
Suspect: Patrick Wade Cullen, 33, Marcela Springs, MD
Narrative: On 10 February 2009 at 7:23 PM, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 23000 block of Hurley’s Neck Road in Marcela Springs for the report of a disorderly subject on the property. Upon arrival, the resident advised that her ex-boyfriend, Patrick Cullen had come to her residence dressed in camouflage while yelling that he was going to kill her. Cullen was gone upon the arrival of the deputies, but they heard repeated gunshots from a close vicinity. The deputies determined that the shots were being fired by Cullen, who was repeatedly discharging a shotgun close to the original complainant’s residence while yelling and laughing. The deputies attempted to contact Cullen by use of a public address system on a patrol vehicle, but Cullen declined to leave the woods. The Maryland State Police helicopter responded to the scene and upon its arrival, Cullen exited the woods.
Cullen was taken into custody and transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Cullen was detained by the Commissioner in lieu of $7,500.00 bond.

$7,500.00=$800.00 bail, crazy. How much did the Helo cost tax-payers?
not really that big of a deal, but "Marcela"? Twice??
Well you will be thinking again when the next time, this fruitcake kills the victim/unsuspecting girlfriend. Bail should have been 75,000.00.With people like this..there will be a next time you can bet on that for sure. Hopefully, he will have to go to anger management classes, can't carry a firearm and will be put in jail forever if he goes back to that property or anywhere near the victim.
Pat Cullen is a worthless POS, in a major way. Ask all of his baby mama's about him. What a loser. He's been a loser since high school.

this dude has serious issues he came out to the club where is baby mama hangs out and we refused to let the bastard in so he busted out all the front windows of club..can someone say 3 south mental ward cuz next time he will just kill her and be sitting there laughin when the police get there.

He's the kind of guy you never want your daughter to bring home. A shotgun won't run him off he'll just come back with the same and shoot you. He'll take your daughter until she take care of him anymore then kick her out. He's got a record a mile long. POS doesn't begin to describe him.
I think he has had his fair share of contacts with the law. He just got out. Last time he tried breaking into the jail and got into a pursuit with the Sheriff's office that ended badly for him. Cullen's skull must be about three inches thick he just does not get it. Nice guy LOL.
where's Marcela Springs?
i live right up the road he should be in more trouble. he just got out of jail and inocent people could of been hurt including children!
