The Salisbury Police arrested Mr. Fisher on February 8th 2009 and all I can tell you is, go to the Maryland Case Search Website HERE and type in his name. You just won't believe all the charges against this guy. GREAT WORK SPD Narcotics/Vice Unit!!!! States Attorney Davis Ruark has been working extremely close with this Unit and received a sealed indictment just the other day.
You're reading it here first on Salisbury News. Other news sources will pick up on it tonight or tomorrow. I expect to have more information on the case tomorrow but I do know Mr. Fisher is asking for a bond reduction and claims he's going through a divorce and can't afford to pony up that kind of money. His Bail was set at $150,000.00. This is the second doctor/dentist case in the past week or so locally in which both were arrested on similar charges.

It is sad that someone who would work so hard to become a doctor would throw it all away. The damage they do when they cross the line is devasting. Thanks Joe for the info.. I guess my dental appointment will be cancelled this Friday at 10:45 AM. Hate to waste gas driving in from Pittsville.He may have a backup dentist. Maybe I will just go find another dentist.No hard feelings but last summer he pulled the wrong tooth anyway but didn't charge me.I wonder if I still have to keep paying off my dental bill?

The heroin dealers are loving this, their business will skyrocket now that the Oxy's can't get it as easily. This whole situation is very sad. The parents of some of these kids should be able to take a shot at these doctors before the courts get him and nolle prosequi all or most of the charges.
He was busted in Sept 08 for having a fraudulent prescription in his possession. They should have pulled his license then. There is more money in it for the state if they let him out so he can go on to bigger and better crimes.

Reading all this crap gives me diarrhea. My family is and has been Christian scientist and have no need for doctors. We have our home remedies and know that the Lord will take care of us until he calls us home to heaven. Where is your faith?

I was very close to said dentist. He will get nothing for his crime , He got away with same thing in Pa 10 years ago...Moved to Md and did same thing. O and about that divorce, his xwife got nothing form the loser but heartache....
