Barrie's days as mayor are now dwindling down to a precious (for her) few, so more mischief can be expected. Won't they have to make the final decision to buy any property in a public meeting?

The most dangerous animal there is is a LAME DUCK.

Barrie is SO predictable--we know her so well from having watched her maneuver people and agendas over her tenure. She has an ego beyond belief and will try anything to assure her next move.
We know she is posturing for her new step up the ladder.

Buzzzzz . . . what is higher tax rate to generate more tax revenue?

Do you recall what happened last year?

Unlike Wicomico County, the City of Salisbury does not have a true tax revenue cap.
