That guy is a terminal danger to himself and society. The Elliott boy, he just got out of jail less than a week ago, he's got a wrap sheet longer than both of my arms put together. Best thing for him is to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and catch a bullet from a drive by. His mother's house is such a a flop, crack dealers and users, drunks in pubic and urinating in public, exposing themselves to older women that are home owners there. I know people that live near there, and they'd gladly have University students than the drug den for the neighbor. Joe if you could and have time, please post Elliott's wrap sheet? Why he still walks the streets leaves me dumbfounded.

if he's the one i'm thinking about spd has been requested at his residence 45 times, it's logged, every incident, just him alone. i do believe the address is 303 washington st and he does get arrested, but he's out in no time. this is a failure of the states attornies office and liberal judges. I just saw where an spd officer tesified in court in his favor when he beat up a 70 yr old man.
