During a Chiefy Convention/Meeting yesterday, Chiefy Webster was sitting in amongst numerous law enforcement leaders when all of a sudden during the presentation SALISBURY NEWS popped up on their monitors whereas numerous law enforcement leaders broke out into hysterics. I'm told Chiefy wasn't too happy about the situation.

You might as well accept that you work in a City full of criminals and you can't stop them. You are a puppet of the Mare and your never going to stop Joe. He tells the real story of what goes on in this City and its not pretty. If your officers felt you cared and you were more hands on you might stand a chance. You have chosen not to work with Joe and it has cost you. MIKE LEWIS works with him and things are great here at WCSD.

Mike Phillips of Fruitland PD doesn't have a problem with Joe. He is the Chief and communicates with SBYNEWS to get his message out on crime. Salisbury's Mayor would rather let her down fall apart than give out their deplorable crime informations.

I beg some one to make a list of good things webster has done with SPD. I will start some of the bad things Webster has done with SPD. Swat is barely there, Keeping up with the range, Mounted Partol no longer, Moral has to be the lowest of any department on the shore, turned the agency in to joke compaired to the crime fighters SPD use to be. Salisbury needs to demand a new Mayor then a new hands on chief that is pro active instead of reactive.
He doesn't live in the City and never has.
He also SUES anyone who doesn't agree with him. Just ask Rachel Polk.
