Another MURDER In Salisbury

I can't for the life of me remember the young ladies name who was recently shot in the head on Booth Street but sources just informed me she has expired.

This was one of the main reasons the Mayor wanted to start this Task Force and although I was told from the beginning the chances were very slim she would survive, I was also told, (while some argued with me) that she was paralyzed as well.

Nevertheless, she has now passed and there's yet another murder in Salisbury. There is still no solid suspect on the young lady prostitute who was murdered a month ago as well, so Chief Webster has his hands full and I personally believe this guy should hang up his badge and resign as Chiefy of Police in Salisbury.

We truly need to hold these Officials more accountable for their stats and while the Chief and Mayor fluff things up and actually try to make it sound like things are safer in Salisbury, they are not. As a matter of fact, (like I said a month ago) the Chief should have exposed the Intel Information on the suspect they had weeks before they even found her body. The guy had temporary tags on his vehicle, how long did the Chiefy think they were going to stay temporary?

Anyhow, I realize it's easy to criticize from the outside but enough is enough. I'm not going to get into the details of additional information referencing Metro Bail Bonds and their connection with Booth Street. More to come.........

I do not know about Metro bail bonds but there is a company named ASAP bail bonds that is doing dirty. When you charge a person one percent of a bond yes this is true and post the ten someone is cleaning their money...Someone last month posted a 200,000.00 bond and did not pay but one percent...2,000.00 it happens all the time

If this is true the murder did not happen in Salisbury even though it is in the middle of Salisbury. The city has not annexed this area and won't. This one is the county. Boy the way the city boundaries are is crazy.

Yes the city's boundaries are very crazy, one end of our street is in the city, the other end isn't. Very Stupid to me.

The Projects on Booth St. have not been annexed because there is no tax base to collect revenue from. This is section 8 subsidized housing, why in the hell would the City annex this dump?. The City has enough problems taking care of the existing dump, known as Salisbury.

Listen... I know Chief Webster should hang up the badge and let someone agressive take over... But please, you can not blame Webster for every bad incident that occurs in the area. Next you'll be blaming the financial crisis on him.
Although he is partially to blame for city officers' poor pay...

You most certainly can blame Chief Webster for his lack of investigative skills. You most certainly can blame Chief Webster for not taking a more proactive stance within the city. You most certainly can blame Chief Webster for the low morale of his officers. You most certainly can blame Chief Webster for spending money on office furnishings that could have gone to something to help the officers do their job.

You most certainly can blame Chief Webster for all of the crime that goes on in the city because he does absolutely nothing to deter it.

Yes blame Webster, and the mayor, the mayor should have given Webster more officers, but the officers would be unhappy with working under Webster so both are at fault, TIME FOR CHANGE. Get a chief who is willing to live in the area he works in, do not let the next chief bargain it out of his contract like Webster did. Yes he bargained, wait that is not allowed according to the City rule book, but he did anyway. I thank Jim and all that all pushing for a change here, we need and deserve a nice place to live and enjoy. Not to be afraid to go to the park because of the thugs. Mayor give SPD 20 more officers, raise my taxes 20.00 per year it is worth it. Act not react, it is already a mess to clean up, it is just going to get bigger. Take the blinders off people and demand, do not let this issue drop. Joe thanks for giving me a place to say this, I would be fired or forced out if I did at work.

Two people killed in the past few months. Both practicing the worlds oldest trade, a woman found in Pocomoke killed once again in the worlds oldest profession. People shooting each other over pot. My take on this is just to make it legal, take the crime out of it,regulate it, tax it (hey mayor!) let the girls and boys buy a license, keep them in one area, open coffee shops for pot heads. I spent many years in europe where these activities are regulated and controlled. very quiet.

Still unclear as how this is linked to the Bail Bonds places.
