A president's pension currently is $191,300 per year.
Assuming the next president lives to age 80. Sen McCain would receive ZERO pension as he would reach 80 at the end of two terms as president. Sen Obama would be retired for 26 years after two terms and would receive $4,973,800 in pension.
Therefore it would certainly make economic sense to elect McCain in November.
How's that for non partisan thinking???

From a logical point of view, and, from a taxpayer's efficiency standpoint. . . it makes perfect sense for me to elect McCain.
It's what I refer to as a no-brainer.

Do we really want to elect someone this old to be President? Not exactly a job that can be done from the Barcalounger. Heck, every President is WAY older when he exits the job than he went in...what will that stress to do a fellow like McCain?

I am going to add my 2 cents then burn for it but here goes. Yes we need change but is Obama the one? I just feel he is going to throw it to us like Omalley and every Dem has done in the past. Meanwhile I am as liberal as they come but want the strongest military and toughest crime laws that can be had. I would build a fence on the border that would make the Berlin Wall look like the easypass line at Disney. I would carry out the death penalty with such a vengence that death row would be empty within a year. Countries dont want our help? Isolationism worked years ago lets bring it back. McCain? I give him his due as well but he has is way too center for me. He is trying to placate everybody. As a buddy of mine said do you want the old war hero or the first black president to make history? Without a change in congress and the ability to work together we are all looking at 4 to 8 (or more) more years of the same.

Last time I checked McCain has two legs that our working just fine. And the last time I checked the Poll stats your precious demacratic leader of the free world and the one to bring change to America (Yea right) has lost his lead and McCain is even in the Polls. So it appears to me that McCain DOES HAVE TWO LEGS TO STAND ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go Ahead and vote for him and watch how this country turns to his favor not in the peoples favor.
