Please make that "Former SU Lacrosse Player . . .".
And there is now a second case against him with more malicious destruction charges (as well as his prior case from a couple years ago).
What's really interesting is that this perp. lived at 430 Pennsylvania Avenue -- that's the home that the Housing Board (Richard Insley, Chairman) has refused to shut down for having too many roomers.
Throw the book at him and shut that house down. Sickens me that Mayor Barrie Parsons Tilghman has sold our city out.
