where does he derive the power/authority from to do this. this is ridiculous, i think maybe he has broke a law somewhere along the line. at the very least its damn un-patriotic.
Even if you could catch a nice rockfish, who would want to eat it if they came out of the Wicomico.
I bet once the dredging begins and stirs up the bottom the river will be closed the whole time.
