Great work, SPD! Keep it up!!!! Not sure if you all arrested Devon Taylor or if the Sheriff's dept. did, but he sounds like the guy from the Toadvine Road incident. He lives just off of Dykes Road near South Division where the stolen vehicles that day were located by Mr. Tindall, the hero of Toadvine Road. Back on the day that horrible thing happened, a woman at the apts. said that the man who had been driving the stolen white truck lived in those apts. with another guy. She even pointed out which apartment he lived in. The stolen cars were taken by the police, but the guy was not even questioned. Well, Mr. Taylor is 5'10" and 230 pounds, which fits the description the victim and Mr. Tindall gave perfectly. Hope that's one maniac off the streets forever. A thumbs up to law enforcement!
