Councilwoman Terry Cohen has called in the Press for a special Press Conference at 5:45 PM tonight in the lobby of the GOB. I'm as curious about this one as the rest of you are but she gave me no heads up. See you there.

Don't think she would step down;probably had to do with tonight's meeting and the futility of it all. 3-2, 3-2, 3-2!
See if there's a transcript on one of the TV websites.

Duh, just reading the live blog now (worked late).
So Cohen spoke about Wilber coming tonight.
I hope she called him some names. I would have.
But knowing her, probably not. I could not do what she does without calling somebody a name!
TV 47 and 16 was there along with the Daily Crime reporter, hopefully they'll get it right.
Apparently she asked the mayor to put Wilber on alert to be there tonight since they are passing legislation. There is quite a few thousand left in the Other Attorney account the mayor could transfer to pay him for a few hours of service. He should do it for free as much as he's sucked out of the coffers. Terry offered to pay him out of her pocket so the council would have legal counsel if the mayor wouldn't do it.
What a friggin mess this city has become.
