OK, not for nothing but if you're going to advertise asking people to come visit the Salisbury Zoo, the least you could do is put up a photo of an animal that isn't DEAD!

Have you heard anything about the autopsy report for the animal that was killed?
He is either DEAD or celebrated too much the night before!
What's meant here is, this is an OLD photo of the dead jaguar while he was still alive.
I agree that the Times should have shown some sensitivity here. A lot of people are still mourning the loss of that beautiful animal and it sets false expectations for visitors that they'll see that animal when it's clearly not possible.
Definitely a case of the Times saying "any old animal photo will do." The lack of class and anything resembling attention to detail at that rag never ceases to amaze me.
maybe they can't afford to send a photographer...hopefully
