I can only assume that he was at that liquor store on RT. 13 and Dividing Creek Rd?
Good job good citizens and law enforcement.
I remember this piece of shit when I was a student at Pocomoke Middle School. He was trouble then and always has been. He got it honest as his entire family was trouble as well. Joseph used to stand out in front of the Marva theater and pick fights with the white guys that didn't give him money. I am surprised he lived this long.
I doubt he was buying hanging baskets or rabbit feed at the Southern States store!
Angel at the Pocomoke City Police Department has just informed us that Tuesday’s stabbing victim at the Duck In has just been released from the hospital.
Everyone who saw this attack needs to make sure that if you are subpoenaed as a witness to this crime that you get your butts to court when called and testify to what you saw so that justice may be served.
It is up to the community to support the police in the work that they do by being willing to testify against the people who are committing crimes within our city.
If the prosecution has no witness’s it is often very difficult to convince a judge of the severity of the crime. Thus enabling him to prosecute the criminals to the fullest extent of the law.
