The New York Times reporting that The Supreme Court has rejected to hear a case challenging the three drug cocktail used for most lethal injections during the past thirty years.
This case I think will have serious ramifications here in the free state with the defacto moratorium still in place by the court of appeals in addition to the defeat of a proposal to repeal the death penalty in Maryland for the second straight year.

What a great welcome banner for the POPE's visit. American Catholicism steps up to the plate.
i will volunteer to push the meds.
As a person that currently works in a state prison, I see first hand all of the percs these convicted felons get. The average person would be appalled. They move
around the compound like it is a college campus. the victims of their crimes would turn over in their graves if they only knew what goes on there. And in my opinion I think we should reinstate the death penalty and use it. It would save the taxpayers lots of money to kill off some of these pieces of shit
convicted murderers. The problem is all of these bleeding heart liberals saying we shouldn't kill them because that is cruel. Well what about the dozens of innocent
people that they killed. Sometimes even tortured, raped and then killed. So all you liberal politicians lookout we are watching you to see what you are going to do about it. Then we will vote accordingly and there are a lot that feel the same way I do.
the gov might change his tune if someone in his family was tortured and murdered by some murderer released on good behavior. with what he did to baltimore I don't know how the hell he ever got elected. and take that from a somewhat freakin' liberal
The GOV may wait until some murderer out on good behavior tortures and kills one of his own family members or a close friend. I do not want to happen, however if it did, I bet he would change his tune on the death penalty. Considering what he did to Baltimore, I'll never understand how he got elected, and take that from somebody who is somewhat a liberal.
