When asked why he is immorally clinging to City Council Office X-Councilman Cane Responded using the N-word
X-Councilman Cane ranted about how he has been falsely accused and asked how we could be using the 'N' word... but Mr. "...lets talk black on black..." said the whole word because its OK for him to use it FROM THE CITY COUNCIL TABLE.

X-Councilman Cane is steadfastly refusing to do the honorable thing and step down as required by the City Charter.
When questioned about the abundance of junk cars on his property X-Councilman Cane ranted about the tree which went down on my property due to the gross negligence of Eastern Shore Gas and said I was trying to get "two hundred thousand dollars for a house, a boat and an old Cadillac you don't even own..."
It was a circus at City Hall tonight, there will be a report in the morning.

so what I'm gathering from this little review of the meeting, Cane simply diverted attention away from a legitimate matter by bashing someone else for a completely unrelated incident (and he himself used a racial slur) that may or may not be true???? how NAACP of him

Dang, Pocomoke is making the city of Salisbury look good. They only use the "N" word at SAPOA meetings.
I can't figure out from this post what actually happened. Who did what to whom? What is the whole "lying down in the street" thing about? I'm confused.

Mr. Cane had a photo taken in front of his "business" with 3, let's call them disadvantaged youths, that sounds pc enough, drunk and high laying about on the sidewalk. Nice empowerment move there. 'Cuz you know that Mr. Cane is all about the betterment of the PEOPLE in his community. It was wonderful to see how HELPFUL he was being by letting them rest after a hard day standing on a street corner. As opposed to say, legally employing them in one of his businesses. Or maybe helping them to find training so that they can become PRODUCTIVE members of society.

And I seem to recall not very long ago,the Pocomoke PD was literally dismissed and the county came in and took over because of all the corruption.This goes to show you that while the rackets evolve,the names in charge never or seldom do.
The lead detective from the County is now the Mayor.
The man used to say how corrupt the city was and that the Chief is incomptent and Russ Blake needs to go to jail.
Now he dines at the Governors mansion with them.
