ok, i know this has been talked about and talked about but this man does NOT deserve a second chance. The most common comment in defense of Ruark is that he made a mistake. Well, its ok to make mistakes in high school, in college, in young adulthood but when you have held this high position for 18 years and are 52 years old you have run out of time to make mistakes. Especially something this careless and stupid. The man has got to step down. It's that simple.
If the law about transporting a handgun when you're under the influence has been repealed, why is he being charged?
