More Breaking News!!!!!

Sheriff Mike Lewis and WBI have uncovered yet ANOTHER 6,000 gallons of diesel fuel on the property of Lewis Construction today!

The information is just coming in but the magnitude of this case has grown through the roof and I have been told by County Executive Rick Pollitt that Sheriff Lewis is asking for more resources as the case keeps growing and it is smothering their Staff.

Stay Tuned.........

Commissioner Dryden wasn't told to do anything. I called the States Attorney's office myself to ask for the criteria used by the commissioners. No, it wasn't Davis I spoke with it was Dan Dougherty and he was more than willing to read to me the list of criteria established. My intent was to call and raise hell due to the most recent arrests of what I consider minor compared to this huge theft in the county. Smoke a joint get sent to jail. Steal 3/4 million get out of jail free. Didn't make sense to me. The criteria doesn't make sense to me. If anyone is a flight risk it is Ray Lewis. He has the money to take off and never be seen or heard from again. His family living here doesn't mean diddly considering they could be visiting him in jail for holidays and special family occasions. I'd like to know what liberal wrote the criteria.

This was the same diesel fuel that was there the other day when the police came the property. They just came to pick it up today. This is NOT more deisel fuel, as you are trying to report.

you think the WBI would be there on a Saturday just to oversee the removal of fuel? The canaries are singing man!

DIESEL TRUCK OWNERS!!! Doesn't it just piss you off to know you've been shellin' out over 3.45 a gallon EVERY time you fuel up? and an already wealthy business owner was running his diesel trucks - FOR FREE? And at YOUR expense? try to remember - this thing started a long time ago, not in just the last 6 months!! and he didn't do it all by himself, or with the help of just ONE SUPERVISOR. inside help, and yes - possibly some "investigators" looking the other way until SOMEBODY got just too damn greedy. think, people, think.

Once again, let me explain something to you...I am NOT condoning what Ray did, by any means! However he DID pay those men for the fuel. YES it was wrong, but he wasn't just going up there on his own and taking it!

131 you are a dumb ass ray was the master mind behind it all he knew he was stealing so what you are saying it ok to pay for stolen goods beside the fact ray was running his trucks with the fuel fool????

The commissioners can ONLY go on WHAT THE POLICE WRITE IN THEIR REPORTS. IF IT'S A CRAP REPORT AND THE CHARGES ARE WRONG, or IF KEY information is left out, IT'S NOT THE COMMISSIONERS FAULT!!!!
The POLICE OFFICERS need to write THEIR reports PROFICIENTLY!!!
STOP BLAMING THE COMMISSIONERS ALREADY! It’s not their job to DECIPHER what the HELL the officer means. SOME of the officer’s just WRITE LIKE CRAP, MAYBE, that is why the commissioners HAVE TO “LET” people go?!
