Does anyone else find it ironic that we have a nationally recognized expert in affordable housing sitting on our city council yet everytime she questions anything about these developments and developers she is shot down?
What the hell is wrong with you people? (smith, comegys, shields, tilghman, pick, wilber)
I'll tell you whats wrong with those people. They are all ignorant followers, lining up behind Barrie thinking they can get in on the take, if there is to be any. It sure is a sad day in Smallville that we have to contend with this bunch of misfits! Time for a big recall effort!
The really ironic things is that Debbie Campbell is inviting the Maryland CDA folks for a forum at the same time she is voting agaist support for one of their communities.
And I might add, Sassafrass has given affordable housing a really tainted smell. Congrats to all involved in that rip-off, including former council president Mike Dunn and the ever pure developer Tom Ruark.

That "CDA community" has already gotten a ton of support, and the taxpayers get to now subsidize another quarter million for a profit-making company.
And who the hell owns those LLC's???
So, 5:01 pm, bite me!
