As I explain to Sheriff Mike Lewis, the Mayor won't leave me alone. Every time she sees me speaking to ANYONE, she confronts that person and removes them from our conversation and to me she needs to stop following me and interrupting me. At that moment, Chief Gary Baker quickly stepped into his tactical mode and reached into his vehicle to grab some pepper spray in case the Mayor did in fact try to interfere with our conversation and become confrontational.
Thankfully, the Mayor realized we were ready and she continued to walk away from us as the Boys In Blue were ready to Keep It Real. ROTFLMAO! Chiefy Webster was nowhere to be found for this Parade, so my assumption was, Barrie knew better. After all, this was Her Parade, NOT!

Webster couldn't be bothered with Salisbury or anything that goes on in Salisbury other than stopping by to cruise downtown and pick up a paycheck now and then, otherwise he is either in Worcester or Somerset county. The only thing he wants from Salisbury is his retirement and Barrie will make sure he gets it. What he should get is the same treatment Barrie gave Coulbourne Dykes. Walking papers.
