Worthy Of A Post

Fact is, whatever anyone thinks of Albero, NOT taking the law into his own hands was the SMART thing to do, something that Barrall did not have enough self-control to do.

Calling the police also showed concern for the little boy inside. THAT was the MATURE response. The LAWFUL response.

Would you want to subject a kid to watching two adult men going at it, one of them family, over something stupid, and possibly terrifying the kid more or worse, accidentally hurting him?

WTF is WRONG with you people? To anyone supporting Barrall in this, I hope to hell you are not in a position of responsibility because it shows you, too, cannot handle yourself properly in an emotional situation.

Kudos to the Delmar Fire Dept. for THEIR professional handling of a tough situation.

Joe:

Please post the 911 call (or a transcript of it) and the police reports ASAP to help clear the air. And keep us posted on other aspects as they occur -- charges, arrest, trial, etc.

It is NOT up to you to clear the air with. This evidence will be heard by a Judge in Delaware, analyzed and judgment will be passed by him/her. I do NOT need to clear the air with you or anyone else. I have No Trespassing Signs at the beginning of my driveway, it was Thanksgiving Day and Wayne Barrall was NOT invited to my home, period.

It is now in the hands of Law Enforcement.

You're such a sensationalist. How can you be believed?

Ummmm...let's see. Joe has the cell phone "missed calls" screen, numerous threatening messages from Wayne, a picture of Wayne's car in his driveway, a 911 tape, a police report, and the witness of his grandson (which I know he would never use). I'm not a lawyer (yet), but if I was a prosecuter, it would be a slam dunk.

I've no clue what the post is about. Why post it if the readers don't know what its all about?

Anonymous, it's part of a continuing saga. Go back and read "Thanksgiving Gone Wild," follow up comments and post, then you'll understand.

Nothing hard to understand about a guy flipping out and trying to confront a guy in his own home on Thanksgiving.
