Lynn Cathcart & Richard Insley?????
Lynn has been showing up at every meeting possible throughout the City and now Insley shows up as well?
Whenever this kind of thing happens, someone is running for Office. Between Bubba and Insley, the stumbling of words would make any meeting last for hours and hours! I guess that's one way to get rid of me! I wouldn't be able to stand attending more than one Insley meeting, period!
If you've never heard this guy speak, OMG! Aaaaaah, and Aaaah, well, Aaaaaah. you know, Aaaaaah! Unbelievable! I CAN'T TAKE IT! LOL

The corruption and greed of Insley is well known. If you were a fly on the wall at SAPOA meetings you would hear the "N" word quite a bit. If Cathcart is in bed with him we might as well drink Drano.
Cathcart and Insley--two of a kind. Lynn has been looking like she's going to run for several months--a horrible thought. The trio of Cathcart, Insley and Maloney--three stooges.
There are no lengths this man won't go to have things the way he wants them. He is the mayor of Salisbury, he gets what he wants by hook or by crook. Look at the lengths he went to get Bubba reelected and lying assed Louweasel elected. The man has no conscience and Salisbury has gone to hell because of it.
They deserve each other!

Jesus, you don't think this guy is planning to get involved with the affordable housing rental project at The Bricks, do you? I can't see anything else on the agenda that would draw him out from under the woodwork.
As for Cathcart, her constant presence at meetings makes the "quitting to spend more time with family" ring more hollow with every grand appearance.
Thankfully she can't tell people who go to the meetings to shut up ("put your hand down") any more.
But, Louise Smith does that, so what's the difference???
Insley is the Devil. he's looking to find some other way to influence politics after he gets booted from the Housing Board, and Tilghman gets booted from the mayor's office. I'm thinking all gloves are off in the next election.

I think Cathcart's daughter worked for the rentals. Could explain a lot.
And remember how Insley was all over LouWeasle during the election--I thought they were dating!
