Currently there are For Sale Signs on this property along Rt. 50 and Royal Farms just can't seem to get it right with Wicomico County. IT reminds me of the work being done at the Salisbury Zoo. You know, the Red Wolf Exhibit. Perhaps it's the same Contractor? Then of course there's the Oasis Car Wash next to Sam's Club. Yeah, if you want to do business in Wicomico County, you better grease some palms or the waiting time is obviously much longer than anyone would ever expect.
You can build a $10,000,000.00 Fire Department in just over a year. You can build a massive addition at PRMC in just over a year. But what would seem the size of their bathrooms and NOT a FOB, YEARS! It must be those local Contractors getting their way and outsiders being put on the back burner? I mean, seriously, can you actually argue my point here?

Not to mention the monstrosity at SU that blocks sunlight. Just take a look at the construction crew on these (SU and PRMC) definitely using some undocumented workers as well.
I believe the issue is no access from Rt.50 due to lack of road frontage for the property. Of course in business friendly states the state would make an exception, Maryland is one of the most business unfriendly states and Royal Farms is just blowing the whole thing off. Oh and God forbid it's less than 5 miles from the Paleo (Spelling?) channel.
