YES, the City has the Staff this go around, yet their incompetence continues to shine under the leadership of Barrie Tilghman and her Administration! Mr. Pick even admits they knew they wouldn't be able to meet the deadline! Sounds like someone lied to someone?
This also PROVES that Louise Smith has proven she is absolutely NO HELP whatsoever towards accountability.

How many lies can Louise Smith tell to the citizens? It seems endless. How can she live with herself?
Well, old Louise is digging her own
grave for next years election, along with the other two and the mayor! Of all the audits we did at the library, we were never once late with them. To be late constantly, when you have a Dept. set up for accountability, is unbelievable. What is the reason this time for being late? Not enough money? Or is it not enough gouging of the tax payer again?

A. Goetz, the elections aren't until 2009, when the mayor's seat, Shields' district 1 seat and Campbell's district 2 seat are up for grabs.
Louise Smith needs to be recalled, and Shields and Comegys ought to go with her. Smith's already made it known she's a one-termer, so she ought to be made a short-termer. The city can't wait -- too much damage was done in the Scheme Team's reign, and Part 2 of them has already done more in a very short time.
The mayor needs to go, and sooner rather than later would be good.
