In the alleyway behind Charles Jannace's Office, tenants are just throwing their trash wherever they want and making a mess of what can't be seen from the road. My guess is that the homeless are searching through these bags for whatever they can find worth eating.

As one of the tenants in this building, I can tell you that I never use the trash cans in the alley behind us because there are homeless people living there and they tear right through the trash. It is disgusting that they are able to get away with so much. They also dig through the cans lining the parking lot for 1st Mariner Mortgage. Please no one put trash that is eidble in there, this has to stop the homeless are destroying Downtown Salisbury
And I can tell you Charles, you're full of crap. I am in the alleyway each and every night and there's NEVER been a single homeless person there in the past 3 months that I have come through there.
Desperate people say desperate things. Clean up your freakin mess and get rid of the trash.
