VERY Bad Timing!

As I walked the Plaza today I watched a construction crew assembling scaffolding from the ground all the way to the roof of two buildings on the Plaza. I'd hope everyone would agree, this is not very smart?

One of the construction guys said, we're putting a chain and lock on the gate. Dee, Dee, Deeee! The gate is only 4 to 5 foot high and anyone, (including me) can climb that puppy in a heartbeat! I hope the Salisbury Police Department is watching this one.
