There's A Party, (Inspection) At This Man's Rental House Toady!
There will be an inspection inside 428 W. College at 2:00 today. Doug Church peddled his way around the direct questions from the Board yesterday and refused to answer them with any credibility, (IMO). Anyhow, you're welcome to watch the entire Board walk through this home in question at 2:00 today. More on this matter later.

If you've attended other meetings of the Housing Board you might have noticed that any time the landlord in question has failed to turn in paperwork, "oh the City must have lost it." Yesterday when the City supposedly lost Church's affidavit in which he was supposed to attest that the residence was lawfully existing with no more than 4 unrelated individuals during the 12 months preceeding Dec. 16, 2002, he was asked to swear to that same information on the record and his lawyer wouldn't let him. Did you notice how the lawyer rephrased the statement and said, "Do you believe you were in compliance?" None of that crap! You know darn well you were not in compliance. And what's with the City letting this clown turn in the leases of another owner that don't even cover the time period. Oh, he doesn't have copies of his own leases. Notice how quickly they scrambled when questioned about whether he had records to claim the rental income on his taxes or did he fail to do that as well. Also, what was with Insley continuously asking Appellants for the names of the tenants and failing to ask the landlord sitting right in front of him. Talk about a stacked deck and the ultimate conflict of interest! Why are two out-spoken opponents of the 4 to 2 law sitting on the Board charged with upholding it, hmmm Barrie?
The cleaning out and clearing up occurred last night sorry to say.
Im gald you all have nothing to do besides pick on Doug Church. He's more successful then you'll ever be and im sorry that you're so bitter about that. That "irresposible fetus" owns more than one bussines in your disgusting town.. BBBE GEEEEEKKKK

You're obviously a very young person as well because I can assure you, Doug Church has NOTHING in financial success and some of the rest of us. That's a FACT!
Do continue though, this is fun to watch.
I'm NOT trying to burst "anyone's" bubble here but if Douggy wants to see a taste of success, look up my properties and see how much money, (in the millions) are NOT owed to ANY Bank!
It's easy to make millions of dollars. It's another thing keeping it & managing it for 20+ years!
