This will be the final post today on Graffiti. I hope you too won't go into denial and believe there are no Gangs in Salisbury any longer and I hope you'll go to the defense of property owners who are being told they only have 14 days to clean it up, while the City allows it to stay up for several months at a time, literally.

YOU'RE WRONG!
Tom Stevenson changed his mind along with Barrie Tilghman and they have now decided it will be 14 days. I'm NOT going to post something that isn't true and as a "property owner" I can tell you this is a fact, first hand. Call Tom yourself and ask him.
