National-Joe-A-Graphic Makes A Difference!!!!!

We just heard over the radio that the City of Salisbury Police Department is now offering cash rewards for the arrest of criminals breaking laws in Downtown Salisbury, especially the Old Salisbury Mall.

They are claiming crime is out of hand and if you're willing to turn someone in, they'll pay rewards for doing so. Looks like a LOT of people are about to become very rich in the City of Salisbury.

I'd like to report the Mayor for stealing $16,000,000.00 from the Citizens for a TIF. I'd like to report John Jacobs and Dave Winslow for illegally dumping more than a million gallons of water a day from the WWTP directly into the Wicomico River. I'd also like to report them for illegally storing human feces in piles improperly as well as an illegal sludge pit.

I'd like to report Ron Alessi and Jim Rapp for illegally dumping raw sewage into the river at the Salisbury Zoo. Mr. Webster, all of this can be backed up by the MDE for confirmation. Then there's Paul Wilber billing the City of Salisbury but doesn't provide any detailed billing. It's been months now and it's my understanding he still hasn't provided what was asked for.
