Naylor Mill Road Closed

After all this talk about the RR X-ing being repaired I came across this scene yesterday and was sent on a detour route to get around it. A VERY small inconvenience to pay when the project is finished because this will be a huge improvement in Salisbury. However, do tell me the last time you saw a road being paved in Salisbury? It's probably been more than 2 years now. As long as someone else is paying for it, the work gets done. If it's on the City's tab, well, in some cases they'll go 50/50 with you and in others they'll simply tell you that even though you're paying double taxes, even though they're building a brand new $9.4 million Fire Station, even though they're rebuilding the Salisbury Zoo at a cost of around $36,000,000.00, even though they're guaranteeing they'll be raising the taxes in the City in 07, there's still not enough money to fix the roads in the City of Salisbury. So do tell everyone Barrie, where did all the money go?

So everyone knows, jodie is not jodie at all. jodie stands for, Jo Die and is a personal threat. I have been deleting their messages, (if you've noticed) on other posts but I will continue to expose this person who comes from the Salisbury Zoo. The FBI will be contacted first thing in the morning as they have been waiting for these people to make further mistakes and this was the icing on the cake. It should get quite interesting from here on out. See you on the 12th Jimbo.

This project was actually a joint effort between the county and the railroad. No city funding was provided. The entire cost should have been the responsibility of the railroad, however, if the county waited on them it would probably be ten years before it was fixed. Another reason the worker was probably mad with his picture being taken is because railroad workers are union, and for some reason have mentality that they cant be messed with, and have all the rights in the world.
