I sat there last night watching Barrie Tilghman bite off anything she had left for nails and then she started gnawing on the skin around her nails, (seriously). There was more on the line last night with Sassafras Meadows then meets the eye Folks. That's just my opinion but she was EXTREMELY desperate.
John Jacobs better start coming clean and he better do so in the VERY near future. I mentioned in last night's meeting that the City of Salisbury Public Works Department, (John Jacobs) keeps stating the City was at 85% capacity over the past couple of years and now they have somehow reduced that figure mysteriously down to 84%.
Barrie Tilghman changes coats like she changes her moods. Yesterday during the day she was wearing her infamous red coat, (being worn more often in recent weeks) and then changed into her infamous yellow coat for good luck in her Monday evening meetings.
All I can say is, thank you Barrie. Covering up is a smart things to do and once again, thank God for the Blogs and photographs to keep these people in check.

I couldn't believe my eyes yesterday when I actually watched the meter cop drive right past the van parked on the sidewalk and didn't even flinch! I stopped her and said, are you blind? Since when is it legal to park on the sidewalk? She gave me that LOOK and backed up and took care of business. However, this is ridiculous! Petty? Maybe. Illegal? Yes! Mind you, these vehicles were parked there for hours, not seconds.
Chain Saw in hand, a worker from Clear Channel went to town yesterday on this huge billboard sign and cut the telephone poll beams and WHAM! That puppy came down in a big way!
Ladies & Gentlemen,

Since Mike recused himself over Sassafras, Barrie Tilghman found herson over by Gary Comegys quite often last night.

While Debbie Campbell was speaking Shanie Shields looked over at the Mayor and said, "I don't give a damn what she says."

Ladies & Gentlemen,
This is a place "everyone" should visit! It is located off Snow Hill Road and Shilol Street. They're only open Monday through Friday but once you see their inventory and prices you'll learn to adapt to their not being open on weekends.
You might want to also consider donating things from your home you no longer have need for. I was told by one of the Staff there that almost every developer and home improvement company is taking advantage of the inexpensive pricing. One friend told me she bought a dishwasher there, (almost new) for $10.00!
Make a trip there and take a look, you'll thank me later.
