I came to Salisbury State College in 1968 just after the Salisbury Mall had opened. The Mall was great and meant the end of the downtown plaza as a retail site. Since '68 the City leaders have tried to keep the Plaza alive, included police foot patrols when other posts could have used that manpower. These pictures show, no people, no policing needed.
