I'm certain Mr. Alessi isn't aware of this campaign sign floating in the river. However, who's responsibility is it to clean it up?

I think it is a fitting illustration of the Alessi campaign, don't you?

Sunk is a river of garbage and filth.

I guess all he can do now is continue screwing up the Zoo.
