All is not as it seems... but now it's unwinding faster than you can say corruption!

FBI Director James Comey has been in the spotlight since his nonsensical call for no criminal charges to be filed against Democrat presidential nominee, Hillary Clinton on July 5th. With the last dump of information done on the Friday before Labor Day weekend, public scrutiny has been more present and caused Congress to, once again, call him to testify in front of them as early as next week.

In an inter-office memorandum last week, Comey weakly doubled down on his refusal to recommend charges as well as defended his information dump on the Friday before a long weekend - a method used by government in the hopes it will outrun the news cycle and people won't pay attention or forget about it by the following Tuesday.

However, many of his contemporaries and fellow department agents are less than impressed. There's many indications the FBI is currently engaged in a bitter battle between agents who know the truth verses Comey's desperate cover-up for Hillary Clinton and her multiple crimes.  Furthermore, his provocative stance has validated many Americans whom have long suspected that there are two legal systems - one for the connected and one for everyone else.

New Info on Media's War on Trump

As you all may have noticed, the Media has been waging war on Donald Trump. It's getting to the point that borders an insane obsession with picking a part everything he does and says, spinning it into something 'dark' and dangerous.

Over the last week, some answers have come to light that may shed some reasons as to why the Media, particularly the Conservative pundits' disdain toward Trump. The findings are going to shock you!

I have attached a video that verifies this information. And yes, it's been vetted through several sources within many agencies - not just my own but many other fellow writers using their own sources. All point to this being accurate even though the video maker is careful to assert he's reporting what he's been told by his Pentagon source.

While we all know about Clinton Aide, Huma Abiden's videos taken during private meetings between herself, Hillary Clinton and several foreign (and hostile to US) agents that Wikileaks was going to break last Sunday (August 6), there has been a storm of restraining orders sent to RT (Russian Times) from our State Department to block these videos from surfacing as they go towards proving treason on Clinton's lot. However, given that RT is not subject to US laws (or law enforcement) with the exception of their America office, these will only hold for so long. RT's involvement stems from last Sunday's interview with famed hacker and Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange who is in exile at the Ecuador embassy in London for the last five years.

The second bit on this video (clocking at 1:34) is the part dealing with our crazy media coverage these days. It seems that Clinton brokered a deal to double Israel's aid if Netanyahu helps her win the presidency by slandering Trump, using his own brigade within our Media system.

This is based on the premise that should Trump get elected, he will reduce aid to the Middle East including Israel - an assumption that is FALSE! On the contrary, Trump is stating he wants to reduce or end aid to countries harboring and supporting terrorists. This is a huge difference than what was presented by Clinton.

The disturbing thing is, it appears Netanyahu has taken the bait. Many Jewish journalists - Bill Kristol, Ben Shapiro, Jamie Weinstein to name a few - have all been touting the NeverTrump banner in spite of Trump's popularity with voters.

This week, Trump revealed his very conservative economic plan devised by known-conservative economists like Stephen Moore. It's as close to Reagan as anyone has gotten in a long, long time! Additionally, earlier in the Spring, he released his highly conservative judges list of those he would proffer for appointment to the Supreme Court. Therefore, the hysterical NeverTrumpers appear nonsensical - that is, until now! It's more than a mere axe to grind! It's more than anything personality based. This goes much deeper into the collusion we've seen so rampant with Clinton and her camp!

Watch the video, while boring, listen to its contents multiple times. It's a lot to take in but as a responsible voter, it's up to you to inform yourselves!

Where One Investigation Ends, Another Begins...

Things are not always what they appear to be...

Over this last week, the Media made much to do about nothing as they made yet another attempt to smear Donald Trump when he tried to energize the Second Amendment voters to vote in November. It was all over the news as I'm sure many of you heard the four-day ordeal. The whole insidious nonsense even packed a knockout punch when the United States Secret Service reveal CNN blatantly fabricated a reprimand they supposedly gave Trump for his remarks.

Besides their ritual demonizing Trump, what was the story Clinton's media buddies were really hiding?

Back in July, FBI Director, James Comey, gave a damning statement of Hillary Clinton's character (and ability) over her private email server while Secretary of State, deeming her as 'excessive careless' with classified information. However, the punchline was he didn't recommend charges to be filed against her for her gross negligence. Coming on the heels of the clandestine meeting between former president Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, the timing of this conclusion was suspect at best - not to mention, he prosecuted Clinton before issuing the final blow.

Most of you thought the whole Clinton criminality thing had been put to bed. That is, until the Clinton Foundation became a lightning hot topic of discussion due to Wikileaks and other whistleblowers.

A few weeks back, I reviewed the book by Peter Schweizer, Clinton Cash and a week later, the documentary came out under the same title. In a nutshell, the author laid out some of the Clinton's payola deals with various foreign countries - Bill got paid for making speeches while Hillary granted government access and large sums of money were funneled through the Foundation as 'donations' from many companies and international government interests. The whole government access for sale was blown open as the email server scandal appeared to wrap up. Or so it seemed...

Last week, while the MSM was obsessing over Donald Trump, a war was waging between the DOJ and the FBI which resulted in Lynch, denying Comey's request to investigate the Clinton Foundation further. While many sources confirm this investigation has been very much alive for a long time, it was as not overt as the email server probe. It actually began after the agency discovered a server with Foundation emails and documents in the oddest place -- the embassy in Benghazi after the terrorist attack which killed four Americans on September 11, 2012.

Now, bear in mind, payola is not only against the law - it's considered high treason - which is subject to punishment which can entail the Death Penalty. (Think Julius and Ethel Rosenberg) It's no laughing matter and law enforcement - especially the FBI - takes it seriously.

With the DOJ's failure to approve the investigation, thinking he was in the clear - as Bill Clinton and Chelsea were also at the heart of this investigation - he truculently ostracized Comey during a speech this last week, stating the FBI was full of bull. Well, safe to say, he probably regrets making such a provocative statement now...

The big news hit the street Friday though many media outlets are still not reporting it due to it's damning ramifications to their favorite gal pal; however, you can find it on some news organizations like The Daily Caller. Much to Bill's chagrin, the FBI found another way to perhaps finally skin this criminal cat. Not only is the FBI investigation an ongoing one, it is now moved to three local agencies with the US Attorney's office in full cooperation and decision-making power to decide whether or not to indict Hillary, Bill and Chelsea Clinton for selling government access through both the Bill Clinton  and Chelsea Clinton Foundations.

This is horrible news for the Clintons as each US Prosecutor involved is notorious for not taking these cases lightly nor are they afraid to indict and prosecute the rich, powerful people. One in particular is New York run by Preet Bharara, known for being a hard, no-nonsense prosecutor and one Clinton should fear the most. While the other two cities are Little Rock, AR and Washington, DC, New York may be the downfall of the Clintons in swift order.

As one source put it, "...unlike Lynch, we won't be seeing Bharara meeting with Bill Clinton on any tarmacs to 'discuss' golf and grandkids. Not only is he tough, he's well-protected as he is known for prosecuting the worst of the worst in both criminal and white collar crime."

It seems Comey still has powerful influence in his old stomping grounds as he was working for this same New York office when he indicted and prosecuted Martha Stewart back in 2003 - long before becoming the most powerful law enforcement officer in our government.

There is no doubt this is far worse than the email server and probably one of the real reasons why Clinton had a private server to begin with -- to hid evidence of her quid pro quo malfeasance. Additionally, we also learned last week through an NSA whistleblower that the National Security Administration has all those deleted 30,000+ emails Clinton thought her clever attorneys erased without a trace. The source also confirmed, they are at the FBI's disposal for their investigation, yet they did not confirm nor deny a request had been filed.

The source did add that one thing is for sure in this situation, intent will not even be a part of the conversation as the Clinton's 'intent' is so blatant and obvious that even a third-grader could point it out without any problem.

Did he know this when he made his statements and testimony before Congress last month? Guess we'll just have to wait for Director Comey's memoirs to be published but until then, we have front row seats to the biggest bust of the most corrupt crime syndicates in our Federal government's history. Richard M. Nixon and  Watergate have now been completely vindicated - it's just a shame he didn't live to see it!

Do you still wonder why it's been over 259 days since Hillary Clinton held a press conference? If she has a good criminal defense lawyer, it's no wonder!

And for those of you who love to defend the Clintons, claiming they a sophisticated organized crime family that will escape prosecution: Remember, they said the same thing about Capone, John Gotti and a host of others who have gone to prison for their crimes. As anyone whose ever studied law will tell you, repeat offenders increase their chances of being caught and adjudicated -- why? Because they get sloppy! At this point, the Clintons' pride has made them very cocky and sloppy! 

Political Fodder or Dangerous Reality?

Why does some think it's such a big deal? It's only about email... Right?

The Republicans are just in a witch hunt, it's really not that big of a deal!

One thing that has been particularly disturbing about the public shrug off towards Hillary Clinton's email scandal is this:

Does the general public really understand just what it all meant?

With Democrats running subversive tactics to shield the ugly truth while trying to make Republicans look like they're on some Agatha Christie Witch Hunt, it's no wonder many Americans allotting a whole hour for news a day, will not fully grasp the deal behind the deal of this scandal. It's easy to fall prey to Megyn Kelly telling you 'it's only politics', but it goes so much deeper than mere politics. It actually goes as deep as Clinton Cash, where the onion layers are so many, it's hard to peel in 20 minutes or less.

We can all sit around and hypothesize whether or not Clinton possessed a criminal intent, but it still doesn't erase the cold-hard facts. By placing top secret emails on an unsecured, undocumented private home-brew server, she is telling Americans she's dangerous, bent on selling out America. Her own lies about said SERVERS and DEVICES (plural and emphasized) are indicative of what we call, Guilty Knowledge. Meaning, she knew what she did was illegal and tried to conceal it from Congress, but more importantly, you, the American voters.

With this article, I task you to investigate the reality behind the hyperbole and decide for yourself if this is really what you would deem presidential behavior.

If you take the time to really process what this says, you'll quickly see this has nothing to do with political parties or some big, mystical Right Wing Conspiracy. There's some real concerns - no, evidence indicating we should be worried for our safety.

It's four easy points, you can't afford to ignore.

Surely, You Jest, Thornton!

Remember a week back when I wrote an article called Disturbing Precedent? I'm sure many attorneys on Delmarva thought old Thornton had dropped his basket. Well...

My prophecy has been fulfilled and, like predicted, it didn't take too much time at all. In fact, it was a mere week later when...

Apparently, a New York City Police officer has filed a not guilty plea for corruption, with his attorney citing the Hillary Defense.

While yours truly called it the Clinton Defense, the premise is identical in nature. The article is here on the NY Post website.

It seems that NY attorney, John Meringolo, has issued such a plea for his client NYPD officer James Grant in Federal Court. The defense states, "...She was unaware she was committing a crime. Here, there is no crime whatsoever." He states his client was no worse than Hillary Clinton.

The said alleged activity was police swapping favors from prostitute named Gabi Grecko, stating was merely a violation of police conduct and doesn't warrant federal charges.

BOOK REVIEW: The Clinton Cash Machine

If anyone wants to venture into the international underbelly of corruptions, bribes and nefariously questionable transactions of Bill and Hillary Clinton, Peter Schweizer's, Clinton Cash, can take you on such a jaunt.

The book firmly lays out a case for any jury to indict based on Congressman Trey Gowdy's, faults exculpatory statements as the facts and figures provides a cohesiveness lacking in many other books of this nature.  Furthermore, for anyone who has ever remotely questioned the Clintons' motives and 'intent,' it, certainly satiates any quest to understand the true motivation behind their thirst - or rather lust - for power and influence.

The author brilliantly provides the public (and FBI investigators) a well-investigated blueprint of criminality that is riveting and, quite frankly, deeply disgusting for any American citizen as we see just how much the Clintons have abused America over the course of their entire public and political lives.
