Religious organizations, having received as much as $10 billion in the first round of COVID-19 aid, hope to receive more funding under any new relief package.
Churches of all denominations and other religious nonprofits were quick to take advantage of the Paycheck Protection Program, which provided forgivable loans under the CARES Act in March. The U.S. Catholic Church alone received at least $1.4 billion in funding and possibly as much as $3.5 billion under the program, according to an analysis by the Associated Press, using data provided by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
Mainline Protestant and evangelical churches also benefited. An analysis by Ministry Watch, an organization that provides guidance on charitable giving, reported this month that churches and other religious non-profits as a whole received between $6 and $10 billion in PPP funding.

Maybe the jerk who wrote this article should research to see how much the Muslims got for allah.
I certainly hope the Synagogues received a lot of money.
They are god's chosen elite.
They are qualitatively better human beings than the rest of humanity.
Tithe the faithful they are the first to OBEY blindly.
They pay no taxes, why do they get my money?
Don't parishioners tithe? Won't God provide?
Give that money to small businesses! The money can go to employees and then THEY can tithe if they want to while being able to put food on tables.
I bet you, most of this money went to big, all ready money flush churches, didn't it? Ones with pastors that have multi-million dollar homes.
This is perverse, and it is sick. THIS is the swamp.

They self admit that they own and control 90% or more of the media which includes, radio, tv, movies, and in particular, the controlled news/entertainment programming. Their heavy involvement in banking, finance, medical and legal professions put them at the helm of our sinking ship. Not once have they ever asked themselves why they have been evicted from well over 100 countries over the centuries and they have never answered to their development of communism and the mass murder in the Soviet Union during and after the revolution in 1918. Of the approximately 325 leading figures in the subsequent communist government, over 300 were members of their tribe, including the head of the secret police, Beria. There is a load of truth that you will not see in government controlled media. The holocaust doesn’t compare to the deaths in the Ukraine and Soviet Union after they took control. If you don’t believe my comment, do some research iand discover for yourselves.
