The image of Jim Kenney – posted on Instagram by restaurateur Marc Vetri – was taken Sunday in the Chesapeake Bay region of Maryland, his office told the Philadelphia Inquirer.
"Glad you're enjoying indoor dining with no social distancing or mask wearing in Maryland tonight while restaurants here in Philly close, suffer and fight for every nickel just to survive,” Vetri wrote next to the photo. “I guess all your press briefings and your narrative of unsafe indoor dining don't apply to you. Thank you for clearing it all up for us tonight.”
Indoor dining is set to resume in Philadelphia at 25-percent capacity on Sept. 8, according to Fox 29. Outdoor dining returned there in June after restaurants were shut down because of the coronavirus, while indoor dining has been permitted elsewhere in Pennsylvania.

That is exactly the way communists think.
The rules are for the proletariat, not for those in the central committee.
Marxist ideology on full display by this prick mayor.
Well of course
Was hitler hogan dinning with him too?
Ain't it up to the Governor not the Mayor?
Well after looking at your Instagram I’m surprised that you’re surprised Mr. Vetri. Seems like you are a left wing liberal and you probably voted for the mayor. This is what you get when you vote this way.
Up to the mayors in Maryland.
This is a Republican area. CV19 doesn’t exist here. No need for masks or social distancing.
You can't get a decent crabcake in Pennsylvania. Everybody knows that.
This guy is another POS. Do as I say. Not as I do.
Do as I say, not as I do silly!
Did he break the law? No. He is allowed just as you and I are to cross state lines to dine. The fact the he is a lying POS is another thing.
This scum should have to quarantine for a month before entering the State of Maryland so his communist ideology doesn't infect any kids !
You are the slaves don't you get it??? Hows closing your business for mask working for you???
Northwest Woodsman: Typical Marxist behavior. In the old Soviet Union, the ruling class enjoyed a good life while the average citizen has to stand in line for hours just to by bread and other necessary staples in order to survive.
The biggest EMBASSMENT in Philadelphia.
