[Wheeler] doesn’t care about peace if he thinks he can score cheap political points on the president while he is up for reelection,” Cuccinelli told “America’s Newsroom.”
Cuccinelli's comments came after Trump blasted Wheeler Sunday morning with a string of tweets and retweets regarding the ongoing protests and violence in the city.
In the aftermath of a clash between Black Lives Matter protesters and Trump supporters that left one person dead, Trump railed against Wheeler for openly refusing help from the National Guard.

Seems to me the Portland mayor was just giving the facts of the matter not his opinion.
@10:10 but you know... that will never fit their narrative.
"Your hair is on fire!"
"No it's not."
"Yes it is! Can I help you put it out?"
"Put what out?"
"Your hair! It's on fire!"
"No it's not."
And there we are.
Obviously Wheeler is an example of the Peter Principle...reached the level of incompetence.
603 - BAM!
Portland's mayor is an idiot and he'll never get reelected. But I bet he'll be asking Trump to support him for his next term because we all know Trump will be in for four more years.
Apparently the citizens are OK with this insanity since they keep voting for the idiots.
11:11 What narrative? The “peaceful protesters” narrative🤔
all that will change in oct!!
