Americans Flee the Urban Centers Following Coronavirus and BLM Protests and Riots

The CEO of Realogy Holdings which owns Century 21, Caldwell Banker and Sotheby’s International admitted this week that their companies are already seeing homebuyers flee the dense urban centers for the suburbs.

Ryan Schneider, the CEO of Realogy Holdings says the migration is due to the coronavirus. But certainly the far left mayors in America’s most populous cities and the Black Lives Matter protests and riots are contributing to the exodus.

Why pay higher taxes for a life of uncertainty, tyranny and violence?

The movement to the suburbs by Gen Y was already underway last fall.

Those cities will be hell-holes worse than they are now. The only people left will be the poor and those who prey on the poor.

when the Dems take over, Sec 8 housing will be coming to the burbs.

Yeah, sure, blame BLM protests and completely ignore the millions in cities that have lost their jobs but still have to pay higher rent.

The grass isn't always greener. Yes, we like a more rural area, but those city people will complain that everything is too spread out and far away. They won't have public transportation. They will have to take care of a yard and they won't like the farming smells. And they won't have all the "city" stores that they are used to- far less shopping options.

Well think about it Einstein?? The protests started 2 months ago. Thousands across the country looting and destroying AMERICA. Not wearing masks other than hide their identity. No social distancing. Hell one guy tried to topple a statue in DC. Was arrested at home in Washington State. So let's not be naive with you SU education.

"5:08" has the news. When the fanatical liberal left cheats their way into a Joe Biden Presidency, Old Alzheimer's Joe has promised to end the existence of the suburbs by interspersing assisted living throughout.

So let me get this straight. The story is that the reality expert made a claim. But then the author just inserts whatever claim he/she wants to over top. Too funny
