I have seen people here do the same thing AND they pay at the pump and leave their vehicle there and go in to get a snack or use the bathroom with lines of cars waiting to fuel up OR they decided to clean all the trash out of their car and then sit there on their phone for another ten minutes.

Don't you just hate it when people park at a gas pump, and then go inside to use the bathroom, get something to eat, look around awhile, all the while people are lined up waiting to get gas. Do they not have enough sense to pull away from the pump, then go inside or is it that they just don't give a $hit? I think some of them do it on purpose.........or maybe they are just that dumb.
