The California State Senate passed a constitutional amendment on Wednesday to repeal Proposition 209, a ballot initiative passed in 1996 to prevent the state from discriminating on the basis of race for any purpose.
Effectively, Prop 209 prevents race-based affirmative action in state contracts, government jobs, and university admissions. It was supported by African American civil rights leader Ward Connerly, and is very popular among Asian Americans, who suffer the primary burden of affirmative action at universities.

So if a person of color is put up for a job just because of color and has no idea of what the job requirements are he should get the job? We got Democrats that are of all colors that have no idea now
So we should get a person of color who is a fireman or something to do brain surgery on pelosi, schumer, aoc, and the likes
I don't blame them being they've done such a damn fine job of ruining the education system. The kids are so damn dumb they can't read, write, or count, without some type or electronic aid because they aren't smart enough to grasp the basic concepts. These are the same dolts who are on TV, arsonists,looters,feeble brained to the point they can't, like Biden, carry on an intelligible conversation.
It's a real and bitter disappointment to parents who hope their spawn will be successful and prosper and they not have to support them for life. Wow what a deal and all direct attributes

I think this Country will eventually overcome these laggards because there are still smart people in the USA who will be able to identify and then take advantage of each individual who only 'thinks they're smart'. The intelligent will fleece these losers and the same history will repeat. The truly intelligent will empty the gullible pockets and live happily ever after. Ha,Ha!
