Democrats like to portray themselves as The Party of Science, so why are they still sticking COVID-19 victims in nursing homes in Democrat-run Minnesota?
The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported on Wednesday that “Minnesota nursing homes are still being allowed by state regulators to admit coronavirus patients who have been discharged from hospitals.”
This, despite the fact that nursing homes represent a whopping four out of five COVID-19 related death in the Democrat-run North Star State. The official figure is 81%.
Has the Party of Science learned nothing?
At the very best, they’re learning very slowly. The Star-Tribune reports that the “practice is drawing strong opposition from some lawmakers” who are “calling for more state scrutiny over transfers.”
So if I’m reading this correctly, there are a few Minnesota lawmakers who want state regulators who are already putting the infected in with the vulnerable, to finally take a closer look at that, approximately 629 dead nursing home residents later.

It's like launching a dead, diseased cow over the enemy's castle wall.
It's all about the $$$$'s. We all know there isn't a democrat alive who values life. They can deny all they want but we all know all democrats lie and they lie constantly and about everything. A life means nothing to them unless they can make it racial. Then it's not about the life it about them lying again and making race an issue where it isn't. They could care less nursing home residents were hauled back to infect the other helpless souls. If they were to stay to recover in the hospitals that nationwide including in NYC were over 75 percent empty the hospital instead would have gotten the medicaid payments. So in order to keep their big donors happy the nursing home conglomerate CEO's they force nursing homes to warehouse the sick which spread the disease.
My question. If you live in a Nursing Home permanently and released from the hospital (being well again) - where are you suppose to go? Where these individuals still sick? I feel the nursing homes are paid a great deal and should have been capable of arranging "distancing" etc to protect others in the home. Finger pointing I know - a lot of that is going on.
8:02 Sick residents were taken to the ER's etc. and diagnosed with Covid but not severe enough to warrant hospitalization at that moment and the nursing home were forced to take them back in while recovering or in many cases getting worse. They should stayed in the hospital to recover. Keep in mind most hospitals in places like NYC were empty. Floor upon floors closed down and medical staff furloughed. Even in Queens and Brooklyn where at a small point in time several ER"s were very busy the rest of the hospital empty.
