This was a major win for justice in America after General Flynn was targeted and destroyed by the Obama deep state for daring to speak out against the former failed president.
But on Tuesday the Clinton-appointed Judge Emmet Sullivan made a dirty, political move to delay justice for General Mike Flynn.
Judge Sullivan extended the case by soliciting amicus briefs to allow for public comment on Flynn’s criminal case.
Judge Sullivan today appointed retired Clinton appointee judge John Gleeson to argue against the government’s motion to dismiss the charge against Flynn!

It's bigger than any of us know.
It should be noted that Gleeson retired to return to private practice and make the big bucks. So he is removed from the judiciary. Don't have a clue about his practice before being appointed to the bench, or after he retired.
Sullivan is off the rails. He has lost any pretense of being an impartial arbiter well before this latest set of foot-dragging actions. Both DOJ and defense should request his recusal, and or removal.

Gleeson does not have clean hands in this matter; his firm represented Yates who was one of the plotters acting on Obama's direct orders. She was there with Biden, Comey, Obama and others as the plot was rolled out.
